	PEPCO is pleased to announce the completion of its new headquarters located at 561 Acorn Street in Deer Park, NY. Our new facility is over 3,000 square feet of sales and manufacturing.

	PEPCO is proud to welcome the newest members to our staff. Mr. Anthony Mazzaro and Mr. John Manley have come on-board as our newest Account Managers. We are excited and confident that these additions will not only help us better serve our new and current clients but also allow us to continue growing and developing our building automation and energy controls networks.

The Green Team announced the Con Edison C&I Energy Efficiency Program 2011 Market Partner Award winners

Recipients were chosen among the approved C&I Program Market Partner roster of approximately 500 member companies and were honored on October 26, 2011 at Manhattan’s elite Club 101. Finalists in each category were presented with awards of excellence and treated to a reception and production hosted by the Con Edison Green Team.  Pepco Controls earned the first place award for Overall Gas Savings for its project at the Morningside Heights Housing Corporation – a residential cooperative apartment complex with more than 980 units and is located on the upper west side of Manhattan. This project saved over 180,000 therms resulting in an annual savings of 29% for the implementation of controls in one building of this 5-building complex.
